Scrum is a methodology to manage projects, which has come from the Agile Software Development stable. This is an approach where the entire team takes the responsibility to deliver the product. More emphasis is given to communication and the focus is on getting the job done. There is a Scrum Master who is akin to the Project Manager. He is the one who facilitates and removes all road blocks for the team. There are various terms one needs to be familiar with when following the Scrum methodology, like Srum Master, Srum Team, Scrum Sprint, Sprint Goal etc.
